Health anxiety is basically a condition in
which people thought that they are ill, they worry and fear to get ill. This
type of attitude about their health becomes stronger with the passage of time. Abnormal
behaviour is shown by the depressed people like asking people about their
health and illness. This cause many health problems to the particular patient
like stomach ache and headache and even hypochondriasis.
Such types of patients are recommended by
the doctors not to read the drug insets of the medicines prescribed to them. Side
effects of that medicine mentioned on drug insight worried them more. They are
also recommended not to search on internet about their disease or avoid reading
any material related to their problems. When physicians stop them not to read
such type of things, this thing can cause more fear to them.
Worrying about your health again and again,

disease can help you. Keep writing how much time you check your body in a week and
search on internet for health information and how much times you discuss people
about your health. With the passage of time try to decrease the duration of all
things mentioned above. When your minds say to check your body, start doing
other activities in order to distract your mind. You can go for a walk with
your family member, start working in home garden etc. It is better to engage in
your normal activities rather than thinking about your health.
